Stayed for 7 nights, June 2017, booked half board, expected table service as was advertised for dinner, buffet 6 nights out of 7, one night we had table service and it was exceptional, so disappointed that the quality of food at night was awful. The breakfast was much better than the evening meal. At the bottom of the road and turn right is the Bocaseca, amazing tapas and we ate there , great staff too. The staff at the NH Marbella were unhelpful and unfriendly, very Spanish orientated. The pool area was so much smaller than it appears and one day they were erecting new cabanas as people sunbathed and making them move. Never go back to this hotel ever, truly disappointed

Stayed here in June as a couple. The hotel was excellent value for money and breakfast was great - lots to choose from and good quality. The pool area was nice and clean however it is small and can get very crowded. All staff were polite and welcoming. The room was clean and the housekeeper always cleaned the room to a high standard. Good location near to supermarkets, the beach and bus stops - I would recommend.

Perfect base for a business trip. Great location, helpful and friendly staff, good value for money and fantastic breakfast spread. Very nice overall. Have already re-booked for my next trip. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 6 nights in June 2017
Good points
Clean room and quiet too!
friendly staff very eager to help with anything you need.
the continental breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, cooked English breakfast with plenty of various fresh pastries and breads. Coffee was excellent! we ate once at the pool bar and that was also good for a light lunch.

Great access to supermarkets should you need anything else during your stay.

The building it self is Set back from the main road so traffic noise is at a minimum.

Things to note I felt the write up implies it's a little closer to the beach and main nightlife areas than it actually is. Although the desk will get you a taxi whenever you wish, in the heat of the day a 20/30 min walk to marbella centre can drain you a little.
Beach is around 10-15 minutes away by foot.
But boca seca tapas around the corner is great.

All that said the price reflects the location fairly!

If you want to stay in puerto banus you will pay the designer price tag!
If not pay €10 euro for a taxi

The main let down was no tea or coffee facilities in the room and room service finishes at 11 so you need to be in before then to get your evening cuppa!

If they change that I will definitely stay again!

That aside great stay would recommend!

We stayed at NH Marbella for one night and regretted that we didn't stay for longer. The room was modern and new, spacious and clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely want to come back for another visit!
