For a budget hotel you cant go wrong with this place. The location is amazing its very close to the beach front and also to The Old Town, plus the is a taxi rank across the road. The hotel is very clean and well looked and the staff are helpful. Even the breakfast is really nice (obviously very basic though). Highly recommended!

Estimado Cliente,

1. Location: is the best in Marbella (2 min to the beach / 5 min to the old town)
2. Staff: very helpful & friendly
3. Clean toilets & rooms

the only concern was our bed: should be a double but it was two singles beside each others.

will visit again for sure

Room Tip: go for higher floors, it may be a bit noisy in the lower ones

Great value for money, rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need along with extras - air conditioning, television, large balconies. Location is amazing - stones throw from the (gorgeous) beach, great restaurants along the beach also, really friendly sun bed men Habib that will fetch you drinks etc. Taxi rank up the street (so close you can see it from your balcony) to get into Puerto Banús - takes about 15 minutes and is about 10-15 euros - the best nightlife and shopping is in Puerto Banús (do not miss Ocean Club, especially if you are a group or younger, best day out I have ever had, pricey but worth every penny and can do it on around 80 euros whilst feeling like a celeb!) Balconies overlook bustling streets and restaurants but these close fairly early so all in all it is a really quiet location and with the free aircon you can shut the balcony doors anyway! Free wifi throughout the hotel, including in your rooms, which is always a great bonus. Breakfast is a only a cold buffet - meats, cheese, toast, buns, yoghurts etc so very basic. No swimming pool but roof terrace with sun loungers and beach close enough to not miss the pool. Staff friendly and welcoming. Would stay again without hesitation!!

Had a great stay in Hotel Lima. The room was great: spacious, big balcony, good sized bsthroom, air con and wifi. Lovely breakfast. I'd wrongly assumed it would be just coffee and a pastry but there was a nice selection of meats cheeses yogurts cereals and breads. I will be back. Staff were also very nice.

The Hotel Lima is in an ideal location in Marbella with stunning views of the mountains. The hotel staff are very funny and friendly. The rooms are basic but comfortable. Considering this place is relatively cheap in comparison to its neighbours you get great value for money. I came in late Spring with my husband and have recommended the hotel to friends and family. In fact my group of friends will be coming to Hotel Lima in December! There's an excellent tapas bar just round the corner. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable base that's value for money.

I'd stay here again. Wonderful staff. The restaurant just at the right when you come out is the nicest we found. Amazingly friendly efficient waiter too. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Literally a stone's throw from the beach. Very quiet too.

I'm not a fussy traveler and I pick my hotels accordingly. Therefore I was pleasantly surprised by Hotel Lima. Great location, close to Venus beach and the Port. Easy walking distance to the Tapas bars, cafe, restaurants. Also an easy 10 minute walk up into the old town. The bed was a bit soft, the street outside was a bit noisy late at night but the hotel seemed well managed and efficiently run. So no real complaints - a good price - and I would certainly stay here again.
My only problem was that early on the last day I needed to get a taxi up to the bus station to catch the airport bus and I ran into the late party goers just heading home and had to queue for quite a while which was stressful, but not the hotel's fault!

Room Tip: A high floor is probably better if you are bothered by the street noise.
