This is a great place for a long weekend, The T Bone restaurant is excellent with great service, the Japanese restaurant Tahini is the best Japanese food I have had and the casual cafe restaurant Cuppacino is also good but they allow smoking which rather spoilt it for us. I think that the hotel needs to up its maintenance as the Sauna was never working properly and we could not get the plug out of the bath to empty it. The staff are excellent and try very hard to please.

We would honestly like to apologize for the inconveniences experienced with the bathtub. Our passion for service and will to provide a high quality time to our guests from the very first moment of arrival left us feeling really disappointed for not having met your expectations during your room experience.

Moreover, please accept our most sincere apologies for the issue with the Sauna. However, I am glad to have the opportunity to let you know that we have already fixed it in order to prevent this situation from happening again.

On the other hand I am glad to know that you are satisfied with our staff as well as with our restaurants, and we would love to have the chance to welcome you again, I will make sure myself that everything is spot on.

We spent a week here celebrating my wife’s significant birthday, spoiling ourselves with red level.
Great choice for location, amenities and friendly staff. The red level gave us an oasis from the heat and general hubbub of the hotel by providing a relaxing lounge and terrace with snacks and drinks all day, and a lovely start to an evening with a relaxing g&t before venturing out for dinner. Tried the Japanese and steak restaurants which were excellent, also walked along the prom towards the old town where we tried local restaurants, including in orange square. Recommend for a celebration or just a relaxing deluxe break!

Sea view room getting a little dated but bathroom upgraded in last 12 months. The breakfast has excellent choice and everythjng is the very best quality. The pool area is immaculate with plenty of sunbathing area and waiter poolside servicr. I would recomnend thus quality hotel for location and facilities.

The staff at the hotel are first class and always greet you in the passing. There are 2 men at the poolside to provide clients with sun loungers and pool towels. The breakfast buffet was fine with a chef to cook eggs to order. The public areas are modern and kept beautifully.

Room tip: We had a Red Level sea view room which had a small balcony. We were able to use the Red Level lounge for drinks before going out to dinner.

Staying with you for the 6th time can only confirm that we enjoy your personalized and unique hospitality. First of all, the Location is beautiful and the staff is friendly, helpful and smily. The lobby smells Beautiful which is an added value and a reason for making us to come back. The room is spacious , modern with beautiful and practical Amenities. What’s more, The Clarins Products and the dental Kit ( the only luxury hotel, I have seen doing that by default) are one of the points that impressed us.
Food is of average quality and could go through some improvements. The Breakfast buffet is outstanding with loads of fresh options and warming smiles.
On a Room level, the shower’s floor would be slippery and the TV channels are very limited. It would be nice if there was an option to rent movies.
Overall, The main points that stand out in this hotel is its cleanness, its unique concept of using red as an identity/means to communicate to the guest and highlight their hospitality principles as well as the modern and beautiful facilities around the resort.
There are some areas of improvement and we hope that you will keep up this amazing job and keep on being the best.

However, I would need to ask you to please accept my most sincere apologies for the inconveniences experienced in the room: The Red Level tema would have been delighted to assist you with the shower situation and regarding the TV I am glad to inform you that, although sometimes it is possible to have specific channels installed on request, we are certainly looking into the option of the rented movies already so thank you very much for your feedback!!
