Puente Romano Marbella
Ranked #9 of 70 Hotels in Marbella
Certificate of Excellence
Reviewed July 17, 2006

First of all i would like to tell that i have stayed in about ten of the leading hotels of the world.
The Hotel Puento Romano for me was by far the best. My week was filled with total bliss and utter self indulgence!
My Days would start with Breakfast in the restaurant on a table directly overlooking the ocean. I would take at least an hour over the delicious breakfast which had a fantastic choice of full English, continental, fresh fruit ect.
After breakfast it was a stroll through the magical botanical gardens of the hotel and up to the heated pool for a morning and afternoon of sleeping, reading and swimming (i felt like princess Margret in the wonderful surroundings and my big floppy hat and huge shades!)
The Pool Side cafe was great with a fabulous choice of light bites and cold beverages.
In all the hotels i have stayed in i have never come across better service, it really is second to none and the staff cannot do enough for you and seem genuinely happy to please.
All of the restaurants at the hotel have a great menu in fact and the deserts really are something else!
By night a visit to the hotels resident bar "Suite" truly is a must, it is one of the sexiest, most beautiful bars i have ever had a drink in! the design is out of this world, the the extensive cocktail menu is to die for and the bar manager Raffael (try to get him to make your cocktail) is absolutely excellent!
This Hotel is pure elegance and i really was not ready to leave at the end of my week.
I for one will definately be going back for another visit!!
Thank you to all the staff and management for making my summer holiday flawlessly perfect.

We previously stayed over the road at the NH Alanda and happened to see this hotel coming back from town , We decided to treat ourselves for 5 nights and we were not dissapointed.
Everything from the moment we arrived was perfect , choice of restaurants was vast , 3 different pools ( biggest decision was which one to lounge round ) beautiful gardens

Quite expensive but you get what you pay for

As soon as i arrived at the hotel i started to relax!
Excellent service and great food .The children enjoyed the extra attention they received from the staff at the poolside ,also the wonderful breakfasts.
If you want complete relaxation in amongst beautiful palm trees with a great beach and the choice of two pools.
We experienced a great deal of excellent customer service, the staff went out of their way to give us a wonderful holiday.
The excellent position next to the marbella club gave the opportunity to also sample a great atmostphere at the marbella club cafe , which again we sampled excellent food which was also suitable for the children.
