Found this little place via TA and we were not disappointed at all. Fantastic risotto, best I've had, and a great wine selection. Started with caprese that was wonderful as well. Atmosphere was cozy, it's a small place and kind of winding, but that just added to the interest. Go here for good Italian, especially the risotto.

We found this restaurant tucked away down a small alley in the old town. We wanted a meal that was special and we were happy to pay a little more for that. This was a small family run restaurant but we were warmly welcomed with big smiles and then time spent with us to explain the menu in more detail. The food was wonderful. Beautiful mussels to start and minestrone soup , home made bread and then we had slow braised beef cheeks which were melting, in a dark rich sauce with mashed potato, and my wife had the seafood soup which was a main course, with the fish individually cooked do all perfectly cooked with the broth served on the side to add as you ate and our other guest had carbanara. Rich, filling with some diced crispy pork. ...Lovely wine, attentive service and very happy customers. Not a run of the mill italian restaurant - this is far better and judging by the other diners laughter and chatter , everyone in there felt the same.

We came down from peurto to meet some friends who picked this restaurant. When I looked at the menu I was lost. Along came the owner Ana who went through everything on the menu explaining the cooking process and the tastes to expect.

It was an evening of new tastes a total food experience providing one is willing to take a chance.
They say we have 5 elements of taste well I think I discovered all of them in this restaurant.

Sat outside in the street what else would you do. Actually it was a very lovely Marbella old town walkway

Excellent wine again recomended by Ana mabye Anna

Final thoughts mabye a tad expensive yet was a lovely evening made perfect by Ana her husband and a class waiter whose name the girls will remember as he was a charmer

Had a meal dinner here and it was one of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had. A lovely outside table on a quiet lane in the Old Town behind the big church near Orange square. Wonderful friendly, helpful, informed staff who were happy to talk to us about the food , town and Sardinian family history. Superb wine suggested and to crown it all, brilliant dishes perfectly cooked. A sign says 'we don't do pizza' as this is the real deal. We could tell people return often as the lovely lady owner knew them all by name. We begged them to move to Birmingham!
