“Best Indian meal ever!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed June 4, 2013

My husband and I were looking for a restaurant in Marbella and stumbled upon this place in passing. Although initially hesitant to eat here as I'm always a bit wary of non-local cuisine restaurants abroad, we were drawn in by a lovely friendly waitress and its fabulous seafront location. And we were so glad we did. The food here is outstanding! I'm Indian myself but now resident in the UK, and I'm always on the hunt for good authentic Indian cuisine which is hard to find from amongst the array of dodgy curry houses on every street in England. But we were blown away by this place, and I must admit it is one of the best meals, and definitely the best Indian meal I have ever had. The Lamb Biryani was out of this world. Every curry had a distinct flavour using fresh ingredients. A few years on, we still reminisce about it and still compare all our Indian restaurant visits to Jaipur. The staff are very friendly and multi-lingual, and take great pride in their restaurant. Slightly expensive though but this is unsurprising given its location.

“Nice but could be even better”

The food was all very tasty and well flavoured. The service was very good and very friendly. It's a small restaurant in a nice beach front position. We will return.

“Love this place!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 7, 2013

We have eaten here many times over the past few years, as we go to Marbella regularly, and we make it a point to come here. The owner is friendly and recognizes us, despite the long times between visits, and helped us find appropriate food for the kids and my food allergies. My fussy kids love the Mango Chicke Masala, as well as the Chicken Pakora and the Onion Bahjis. The food is excellent and the location right on the beach. We have a lot of experience with Indian food and love coming back here again and again.

The food was full of flavour without being heavy. Helpful owner or manager. Slightly more expensive than most of the other restaurants we visited.
