We’ve just got back from a fabulous long weekend with friends 17 of us.
We were awoken every day by the building work being done right next to the villa The villa itself is very tired but it was clean and spacious. The separate annex was unusable as it was damp. The electrics kept tripping. Jose is lovely and he did warn us that this would happen and reading other reviews it seems it happens a lot. Curtain rails were not fixed properly and kept falling down. Mosquito net was torn Mold in the shower. Stained furniture etc
For me I think the villa is too far away from amenities. There is no supermarket nearby and the nearest bar which was on the beach is a good 25 min walk. The pool was lovely and clean to start with but I think the filter or pump had stopped working and it got a little dirty but was hardly used.
Jose the owner helped us with transport and was very helpful but I think there are nicer properties within walking distance of amenities and a lot quieter (building work).
We did have a great time and the weather was exceptional but all in all next time we’ll find something better and nearer to amenities.
We were a group of 12 adults staying at the villa for a week celebrating 40th birthdays. The whole process from booking to our stay was an easy one with Eva the owner replying promptly to my numerous emails and queries! Eva and Jose were fantastic in helping us organise our transfers from the airport including a stop off at a local supermarket to stock up on supplies. On arrival their housekeeper met us and was lovely! We got the full tour and gave us lots of information regarding the local area. The villa is beautiful and the rooms have everything you need. The kitchen was well stocked and we had chefs come to the villa twice who found everything they needed there. Jose came out to help us when there were a couple of issues outwith their control and was so warm and welcoming, they really are a lovely couple. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, you can easily walk to the beach from here and if you enjoy a stroll, Marbella Old Town is accessible by foot too. If beach clubs are your thing I can highly recommend the Buddha Beach Club, walking distance from the villa and a real classy experience. We didn't hire a car and really didn't feel the need for one while we were there. Taxis are easy to come by just remember to say you are staying at Casa Panorama to avoid any confusion!! All in all I'd highly recommend this Villa and can't wait to return. Thanks again to Eva and Jose for all your help and your hospitality xx
All in all a perfect stay. We where 16 persons and the house was perfect for us. Enough seats around the dinning table, good space in the kitchen and the pool and garden is great. The view from upper level and mid level over the area and also see is very nice and relaxing. We had a few problem the first day but the very friendly owner fixed them a.s.a.p. which is fair in my mind. We would love to get back.
We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Real Panorama early May 17, and we couldn't have been more welcome, comfortable and happy. I suspect the Villa is called this due to the stunning views from the very large balconies overlooking Peurto Banus, and on a clear day you can see the Gibraltar rock. I organised a hen do for a group of 18 (which is not an easy job!). Eva was excellent at helping me organise transport, shopping, etc. Which relieved me of some of the stresses!
We had a small issue with the electrics, which was quickly resolved with a quick phone call to the hosts. José was so friendly, and encouraged us to keep the party going!
The whole trip was wonderful from start to finish, and we were very sad to leave. The whole party is very keen to come back one day.
I would like to thank Jose and Eva for such an enjoyable stay in their Villa. They couldn't do enough for us from day one and we're on hand for any questions we had. The villa was lovely! It was extremely clean and tidy, the beds were really comfortable and the outdoor areas were brilliant. The villa is situated in a secure area so we felt really safe coming back in the late evenings. I would 100% recommend this villa for any big families, groups, hen/stag parties and I will definately come again. Thank you for a great stay!!
Our group was in the house for ten days during the new year. You can see the house is old, but they reformed it and it's very nice, the kitchen is very spacefull, and has all the utensils you need. The rooms are a very adequate space for couples and even for children. The living-room is a great place for all the people of the house to be reunited, there's a fireplace where you can sit down and a big table where you can share meals.
It was a shame it wasn't hot enough to use the swimming pool in the garden, but we did use the barbacue and the kids enjoyed playing on the grass. We had no problem parking, and there aren't many neibourghs or noise in general.
The house itself is very well placed, five minutes from the highway to Marbella, and there's an accessible walkway you walk to that takes you along the beach.
We will surely repeat our stay there.
