It was our first day in Malaga and we thought let's try out picasso bar...but it was really a mistake. The food was ok- nothing special, but very average. However the waitress robbed us of 5 euros. I went to tell her, but she acted like she didn't know what I was saying. I told also the other employes, but they acted like it was none of their business... 5 euros probably won't affect my life, but bad reviwes might change their attitude toward the costumers. To sum up, I think there are to many great places in malaga and you can easily skip this bar.

Stopped for a quick bite to eat and a drink.
It's fine in terms of location, selection and price.
If you are looking for the best in the region, this is not the place.
However if you're looking for a pleasant view of the square and a reasonably priced bar snack and the option of a game of pool inside, then come on down.
Vino tinto is alright and nice freshly squeezed orange juice.

We fancied tapas on Merced square and could see this was the most popular restaurant by the numbers seated compared with others alongside. Waited a few minutes for a table overlooking the square and had a fantastic meal of 5 different tapas, along with some wonderful cocktails. Really good value for money too.

Thsi is one of the many bars on offer overlooking Picasso Square.. they all have nice little terraces and waiter service. It can be nice to sit here at any point of the day to have a cold one and chat or take a break... however i personally dont like thsi bar as it is VERY RUN DOWN and no evident money gets spent of its upkeep. Its terrace is popular with visiting students and some locals.

It is frustrating when you see that an owner of an establishment does not maintain or care for his source of income. The toilet is scary and the interior on a whole represents a student bar stuck in the 1990s.. just round the corner you can find nice clean bars, well kept and used by the locals.. drinks prices will be the same and yo ucan see the upkeep of the local.

I would rather spend my money in a place that reinvests in its customers at the same time as making a profit!!
