Didnot have to 'prove' disability. Staff put ramps where needed. Nice house where Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born.

This is the place where Picasso was born and lived until age 10. There is not much that reflects his amazing life as an artist but it is interesting seeing some of his father's paintings. There are a few prints by Picasso and some clothing items that belonged to the family. The gift store on the main floor has some lovely jewelry pieces. It is a short visit but I would not have wanted to miss it. We went to the Picasso Museum in Barcelona earlier in the week and had heard that the Malaga Picasso Museum was a disappointment in comparison so the visit to the home was the extent of my Malaga Picasso pilgrimage.

Then this one is more interesting in filling in the background to his life. I would suggest not trying to do both in the same day unless you are really short of time as too much can spoil the visit.

Pleasantly situated just off one of the main squares of the city, this is an inexpensive if fairly short visit .

This is a real apartment where Pablo used to live with his family. You will some cloth items belonging to the members of the family, photos, a couple of paintings, but not by Picasso.
