We ate here prior to a performance at the Cervantes Theatre which is very nearby. We walked past it to begin with as it's in the big square Merced and we thought it would be an expensive tourist trap however with time a little pressing and nothing else that looked more enticing we ventured in. (As an observation there were a lot of tables in the pedestrianised square outside equipped with patio heaters)
Very glad we did as it turns out. Chill out decor, atmosphere and music with a menu to match. Delightful, very professional waiting staff. We had Moroccan Lamb with cous cous which was divine and Greek salad which was huge, full of interesting things, and absolutely gorgeous. The price was also excellent. Fabulous main course meal and a bottle of very good Sauvignon Blanc all for 40 euros including a generous tip which was thoroughly well deserved. We intend to frequent the theatre on a regular basis and will very much look forward to returning to this restaurant.
