If you are interested in the history of the car this is certainly the place to visit. From the very earliest vehicles in the late 19th century through to a modern solar car every vehicle is in mint condition. Each vehicle has comprehensive information in both Spanish and English. If you want to see those romantic vehicles like the Packard, a pink Cadillac, numerous Jaguars, Rollers and Mercs then this place is a must. All these vehicles, 96 of them are housed in a beautiful modern building with car parking available. Amazingly all this is owned by one man whose family have collected these vehicles over the years.

“Brilliant museum”
Reviewed March 8, 2014

We visited this museum in March. It is extraordinary.Even if you are not passioned by cars, after the visit you will be.They sell a beautiful album with all the cars exposed; the price is 10 euros. The entrance costs 6,5 euros. From the Alameda Principal (the center of the town) we walked 35 minutes.

“An interesting mix”
Reviewed March 2, 2014 via mobile

There is no doubt that the museum has some very interesting classic cars. But what sets this above other car museums is the historical way the cars are portrayed and the blending of clothes fashions to set each car in its period. The cars have been very well restored and the building itself is a worthy location

“Well worth a visit”
Reviewed February 27, 2014

Brilliant if you like cars - many old american cars including Cadillacs, and great value for money, as it was not expensive to get in. Great afternoon out and a beautiful Museum. It is walkable from the city but better take a bus or a taxi, as they are cheap.

“Outstanding museum”
Reviewed February 22, 2014

This is one of he best museums I have ever visited, I have visited lot across the world. Whilst most motor museums concentrate on the technical features of the automobile this museum looks at social and artistic features. It has a fashion collection to compete with the V & A in London and some very rare cars. Cars are displayed in their historical context accompanied by costume and art or posters of the period. The museum shows the intersection between art, fashion and cars. Many of the cars can be seen as works of art in their own right but there is also specific art made from car parts.
Afterwards it is an easy walk down to the beach or promenade.
