Well balanced approach to their menu in both style and content. The idea of having their dishes served as either tapas, media racion or racion is very good, because it means one can eat a number of dishes to satisfy ones mood and appetite. Flavour/sabor/taste is prime in more or less all Spanish foods and is always expected; but there were some dishes which did require a bit more oomph eg, the lobster croquetas needed a little more lobster, even if they had to charge a little more. Present prices overall are reasonably fair. Sevice excellent and Aire is certainly worth a visit.
