We stayed at Estepona Palace for 5 nights and wish we had booked for longer!
A little bit out of the main town but only a walk of about 20 minutes from the port or a taxi for 5 Euros!
Not atall noisey as main road was far enough away! We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a Junior Suite with beautiful views of Gibraltar! If you visit Gibraltar may be worth taking sterling to spend! Also if you take the local bus to Marbella do not make the mistake of staying on the bus to the bus station in Marbella! Get off in the town (we saw a large pink shoe on a shop window as advised by another very kind English tourist!!)

Room Tip: Rooms with sea view are generally very quiet!

Staff very attentive, friendly and great service. Room was airy and spacious, our balcony was big.
Loved the special design of the hotel so much more interesting than the standard. Beach was not as good as the one in central Estepona, having said that, the hotel swimming pools were super, so we did not need to go to the beach. We were B and B and the breakfast offered a huge variety.
Best of all was the Chilling Bar which overlooked the sea and the sofas were very welcoming!! We chose the hotel on a personal recommendation and in turn have recommended it to someone else who are going in two weeks.

Overall a great experience. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our airconditioning went out of order and was fixed with a single phone call at 2.00 AM! A 'Must not miss' experience. Other Facilities offered by the hotel were outstanding - Swimming Pool, Dance shows, etc!

We have just spent a week all inclusive in this hotel and would definitely go back. We went with two teenage boys and although not a great deal for them to do we all enjoyed it. All inclusive allows the children to have their soft drinks without constant hassle and there was plenty of food choices. We ate lunch in the pool bar each day and this worked out well. We enjoyed the entertainment and felt there were plenty of places to sit if you didn't want to watch the shows. Our rooms overlooked the pools and although we hadn't booked sea views you could still see the sea.

The bedrooms were clean and spacious. The bathrooms were a good size too with very efficient showers. Air conditioning in the rooms worked extremely well. The beds were a bit hard but large!

All the staff were very friendly and efficient. No problem with the sun beds as long as you go out at breakfast and reserve a few. Although we didn't need the kids club they all looked like they enjoyed themselves and the staff here looked like they never stopped!

The only drawback as mentioned in other reviews is the transfer time. Took an hour and a half to get there as the coach stops off at other hotels too and yesterday on our way back yo the airport it took over two hours with an unairconditioned coach. Temperatures reached 31 which was a bit of a sorry end to our lovely holiday. Hire a car or organise a taxi.

Great golf in the area and the hotel hires bikes for exploring too.

We returned today from a 10 day all inclusive stay here. We had a super time with kids of 6 & 11, we're in our forties and grandpa, almost 65! We were all happy, entertained, well fed, rested, golfed etc. Would agree location is not central but I wouldn't be happy in the middle of benidorm, so depends what you're looking for. We were quite happy with 20min walk or a taxi 5 euros one way. The daisy club girls are tireless, enthusiastic and friendly, and the pool entertainment crew are the friendliest guys who brought the day alive. I have never seen so many people involved in activities. The food was delicious and varied with a couple of variations added each meal. This is catering on mass remember, and was faultless. If you're a complainer, try timing your meals to off-peak times. As all Inc guests, some items from the bar, some ice creams, pool side menu items are off limits but it was good value for money on the whole. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the inefficiency of air con in public areas. Otherwise we would definitely visit this hotel again and would add that star ratings are based on facilities....it IS without doubt a 4 star. If you disagree, try a 2 or 3 for
comparison and you be forced to think again!
