Three of us stayed here for 4 nights. The staff was excellent and super friendly - especially the front desk staff, the manager, and the pool staff. The severs in the restaurant have a tough job at meal times so they aren't the friendliest. It's a lot of work for them. At one time I am sure this was a wonderful resort, but it is definitely very dated and is full of almost all German retired travelers. If you aren't German I would NOT stay here as they weren't not nice and almost down right rude. It's a shame because they have a gorgeous pool.

My company paid to take us to this hotel so I am not sure what we paid, overall it was a good experience, cab in to town is Euro 15 each way. Pools are nice and clean, room are big and very clean, beds made every night and new towels.

Food is good but not gourmet,

Overall good for an all inclusive place that can take the numbers too.

Very close to the beach and nice place to chill.

Room Tip: If you want a cup of tea in the room bring your own kettle,

I have stayed at this hotel before but decided to give them the benefit of doubt ,silly mistake on my part , the bar staff are extremity rude and ignorant , sat out side with my four year grand daughter and asked the bar/waiter for a drink he shouted at me to go to the bar myself ,as he carried on serving people that came after me , was charged four different prices for the same drink ,extremely slow and spent a long time at the back of bar while 5/6 people waiting for drinks ,everyone else where very help full ,time to get in better bar staff

Awful, awful, awful bar staff.. they ruined the holiday, extremely rude, arrogant & hostile. reception, entertainment team, cleaners were great. Have been twice and both times the same!

Reception team great.
Entertainments team great
Room cleaners great
Bar staff, the worst i have ever met. if they worked anywhere else they would get the sack!

We stayed here for a week of family summer language camp. Initially I had wanted to stay somewhere else, knowing ahead of time that this place was a bit dated. But it was convenient and the price was significantly less than most others, so we gave it a try. And though it is a little worn, you could tell that when it opened it was probably the place to be.

We actually had a great time here. It really does offer a lot- tennis, several pools, paddle boarding and other water sports rentals, golf, family activities, etc. it's right on the beach- though we preferred to walk down a little further to where the sand/pebbles were softer. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the view and sound of the Mediterranean from our room. Also it was nice having all our meals seaside, as the restaurants all have outdoor seating. The buffets were convenient and offered variety. A good value overall.

Travelled as a group for a friends wedding.the hotel is big and we found ourselves with a fair trek to and from our rooms but how many times a day do you go to your room ( once twice tops)
There are some really nice outside areas and the hotel backs onto a lovely beach. The quality of drinks I found to be good for an all inclusive and most of the staff were very friendly and approachable.there were a lot of Spanish there when we stayed and not once did I see staff give priority to them over us. As far as the food goes we always found something to eat the salads were fresh and plentiful one of the highlights of my day was afternoon lunch outside at the smaller restaurant with waiter service. Bottles of wine and iced water at your beck and call.
We made our own entertainment so can't comment on that but would I stay again.. Oh yes why not.

Upon arriving at the hotel we checked in at the smart and welcoming reception....no problem here. Then we were directed down what felt like 3 miles of corridors, one escalator (I kid you not) and a very dubious lift journey.....our bags went in one we went in another!
Then came the rooms.....we had booked sea views, two rooms, bed and breakfast. Our rooms were on separate floors...not the end of the world our eldest is 18....the boys took the first floor suite and we had the second floor one. The rooms were clean(ish) and although tired looking were tidy enough. Upon checking the beds it was a different matter, sheets were marked, blankets looked like they were from the Crimean War but there were two pillows!
We went to explore the hotel and couldn't believe all the empty sun beds with towels on them keeping them secure! Some of the beds were empty for three hours.....just get another one for goodness sake! Pools seemed nice enough and we were overlooking the quieter one. Dinner on the evening was another experience....it was basically a free for all, kids poking the food, no descriptions of what anything was so it was a bit of pot luck.....no so good when the onion rings turned out to be squid!!! We retired to our room but still had the 'pleasure' of listening to the entertainer till 11pm! When we drew the curtains the moth holes made an amazing pattern!!!
The beds were so hard we all thought we had kidney infections in the morning as the pain in our backs was so bad.....not as bad as breakfast though....bun fight doesn't come close to describing it....plates piled so high they were dropping things.....it was a buffet you could go back as often as you wanted and they were replenishing all the time....it was then I realised they were wrapping up their lunches......hiding in towels and calmly walking out!!
Needless to say we will not be returning, this hotel is huge and for some it may well be perfect but after staying in other 4* hotels this really doesn't come close. Thankfully our stay was for one night until we came to,our villa, it was supposed to be a treat but to be honest it felt like a punishment. My advice is when you look at the photos age them all by 10 years and you get a proper view! Not for us! Pay the extra and go up the road to The Crown Plaza....a different world!
