We could see this place from our hotel across the road so decided to try it. The inside dining area is charming and the welcome was friendly and helpful.
Wine by the glass was decent quality, just one hiccup when my wife`s order for a Chardonnay ended up as a Shandy! But soon rectified.
For starters we had a seafood crepe and a salmon with asparagus and cheese, both delicious. Our main courses were baby lamb chops and octopus (never been asked “how many legs do you want?” before), again both dishes were excellent.
Watching the young man doing Flambe cooking was entertainment while we waited for our food.
The only downside here was walking back in the dark along a very dodgy path to the bridge over the main road.
We can honestly recommend this place for food and service. On our next visit to Estepona we will certainly return.
