Food is good. I you dont like the dish they will give you something else (it was preset by the agency). I dont like chicken legs and they brought me something else immediately. Nice personnel.

Room was very spanish decorated, no carpet etc, tiles. Liked it. Bed is not soft. Good wifi. Windows can be opened. Airco was good, do I heard some were out of order.

Short stay, not very luxurious, just ok. Room was very clean. The best hotel for just travelling through.

Room Tip: I liked the view on the patio, other rooms the sun made the room very hot (street side)

Arrived April 22nd. 2016 and stayed for three nights during the week-end.
Isabel was in charge of the reception and gave us a very nice, friendly
and warm welcome plus lots of information on the town and local area.
Had a very nice room on the second floor looking out onto the inner
courtyard, which the hotel is built around. Because of the flowers and
creepers on the ground floor wall, every evening is full of bird song from
all the nesting sparrows etc. A really nice way to end the day.
Some rooms face out over the river and town, giving you a very interesting view.
We had very comfortable twin beds, flat screen television with various Spanish,
German and English channels. Nice writing desk plus a couple of easy chairs
and a large wardrobe with plenty of space.
The bathroom was also nice and clean with a shower attachment in the bath.
Good water pressure and temperature. Towels were nice and fluffy
and changed every day.
We had no tea/coffee making facilities or fridge, but other rooms do.
Breakfast was also very good. Lunch and dinner is also available but we did not
sample this.
There is a private underground parking area for hotel guests which you
have to pay for. Due to the main road having tram/train tracks built, there
is a short detour off the main town road and this brings you straight past
the garage entrance which is almost opposite a motorcycle dealer.
I suggest you stop here, go to reception and they will open the garage for you.
This will save you from having to drive round the town again.
Our stay was out of high season and the majority of restaurants and
Tapas bars were closed on the Sunday. So was most of the town. There was
one restaurant/bar open almost opposite the hotel entrance, diagonally across
the square which we used. The food, drink and service were very good.
The hotel is a really nice looking building, very clean and well kept.
Due to it's popularity, it gets pretty busy.
The town is small but has a lot of character, especially around the various
churches. Nice long sandy beaches are a short car drive away.
I have to mention Isabel again in reception. Thank you for helping us
have an extremely enjoyable stay.

Room Tip: Read my report, it's all there.

Basic hotel, we had 1 small bed (1.40m) so too small for our taste. The room is clean and a little bit outdated. Airconditioning is working fine but pointed staight at the bed. Breakfast was not too fancy but the croissants were very fresh the rest was basic just like the hotel. No swimmingpool so that is a minus for us as it would be nice to cool down in the afternoon. Parking garage below the hotel (we had a "special" price 5 euro's a day from the travel agency, should be free)

Right by the river near the middle of town, this hotel has pleasant and friendly staff and a secure lock up garage. Wi Fii worked well, the shower was hot and strong. The room was fairly standard, down long corridors with movement activated lights. Breakfast was unexciting.

Staff is very friendly, Restaurant meals are poor (also breakfast). Hotel has a paid garage downstairs.
Chiclana itself has nothing to offer, but the city of Cadiz is nearby as well as some nice very quiet sandy beaches.

Room Tip: Rooms were okay. Restaurant is poor!
