Nice hotel, friendly staff and extremely well located - would stay again. If driving, park in the Canalejas underground carpark (€20 per day). It´s about a 5 minute walk to the hotel.

Great location right in the heart of Cadiz, yards from the Cathedral & other sights. Situated in one of the main small narrow streets that are a pleasure to get lost in. Staff helpful and there's a mini bar (which we used as a fridge for our own stuff). The room was small, but only there for two nights and hardly in! Breakfast great too. Criticism would be that you can't easily drive to the hotel or park there so we had to cart all our luggage about 1/4 of a mile on cobbled streets from an underground car park that cost us 40 euros for two nights.

Room Tip: As mentioned elsewhere, when booking try and go for the top floor terraces. Prob more expensive but...

We enjoyed our stay here for one night.
It was not possible to access the hotel by car so you need to find a parking spot nearby. But very good service and great location. .

The hotel is very conveniently located in the heart of the old, historic center of Cadiz, Spain and is about a 10 minute walk from the train station. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, although rooms are small....this is typical of hotel rooms in old, historic city centers throughout Europe. The hotel offers free wi-fi and a continental breakfast with fresh-squeezed orange juice. Driving in these old city centers is very difficult, so we parked our rental car at the train station and just walked to the hotel. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience for us.

Room Tip: Higher floors might have less noise from the streets.

Center of Cadiz good staff great convenient place. Not to pricy. We had room no 51 very small but everything we needed. They say the best room is 52. The view from our great balcony was great and typical Cadiz, roof tops! Nothing is to far away -yes would come again and yes would recommend .

The hotel was in the heart of old Cadiz, not too difficult to find but best to park the car in the underground car park and walk. It's not far 100-150 metres. We were in room 34 which was very small but had a good bathroom. It was noisy but for a couple of nights it was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nothing special but had the basics, cereal, juice, rolls, pastries, cold meats cheese. Tea or coffee. Ideally placed for exploring the old town and recommend the sightseeing bus to give you an overall flavour of the area. We also visited the Osbourne bodega in Puerto de Sta Maria, well worth a detour, great tour plenty of sherry tasting and great shop for souvenirs. Check at the tourist office for tour times. Rating should be good as it is better than average but not real very good!

Room Tip: Not 34, 31,32 and 33 were all larger on the 3rd floor. There are the ones with balconies but no doub...

We couldn't decide where to stay in cadiz and chose this location rather than a beach location. It was well located for walking around the old city, however, in that area there is no beach and finding any establishment even with a sea view is a challenge. This was dissappointing to us. The hotel is located just outside the cathedral and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. They provided us with maps and suggestions upon checkin, helped us find our rental car location even though it came with no street address, and brought us an iron and ironing board on request. The beds are pretty hard, which was not pleasant for us, but others may like it. And, it was the best water pressure we've had so far in Spain.

Room Tip: At least room 21 (maybe all those ending in a 1) is literally right next to the elevator and stairs...
