“Very moving experience”
Reviewed February 25, 2013

The area of town where the Jews lived is very small, and not much remains of the distinctive culture, but the little private museum is excellent and the story told of the persecution of the Jews during the Spanish inquisition is incredibly sad.

“Beautiful and full of history”
Reviewed February 23, 2013 via mobile

Walking around Judería is quite an experience. A little like a maze of narrow streets, but you just can get enough of looking at all the beautiful houses with quaint gardens. It's also nice to seat in one of the outdoors cafes and just enjoy wine with tapas. The weather in February was just perfect.

“Worth a détour”
Reviewed February 22, 2013

Much smaller than the old town of Sevilla but the same pittoresque narrow streets.More intimate than Sevilla however. Less touristic. The part along the river is renewed and nice too. Many good tapas bars also with many local visitors. In some bars you can find local people singing and playing the guitar (casa bravo for exemple) .

“SOS touristy shops”
Reviewed February 20, 2013

Its too bad that there are so many touristy shops in the Juderia. I walked around and found a few streets used by locals, including the Plaza Reial. Personally I am not interested in these shops and I always feel ripped off...

“Much to see in the Juderia”
Reviewed February 18, 2013

Wonderful range of winding narrow streets that have survived largely intact throughout the centuries.
