Can't beat location .. Literally walk out of the hotel and into la mezquita! Room was fine although mine smelled of cigarettes. Nice resto and coffee shop too... Half the price of a three star in Madrid !

That is really a hotel where we got more than we paid for - the room was amazing, clean, comfortable, spacious, the view of the Mosque - just in from of the window, the breakfast was excellent. All services, plus parking were very well arranged, plus the gifts shop at your convenience.

I recently stayed at the eurostars hotel in cordoba during a 3 week long trip around Spain. The location is unbeatable, right across from the mezquita, perfect for catching the free morning hours. The piece that stood out the most to me was the service. I asked countless questions to the receptionist (wish I had asks his name) and he always humored my Spanish and answered everything. He remembered us and asked us how things were when we returned. It was by far the friendliest staff of our trip! In addition the rooms were clean and comfortable and there was a cute courtyard in the middle. Great stay!

On a day's visit to Cordoba, we stayed at this lovely hotel. The staff were very welcoming, very polite, helpful and spoke English. The rooms were good, large and clean. Toilets was also large and had a nice bathtub. The hotel is located between the Cazar القصر and the Mosque المسجد. If you are driving, best if you find a car park near the hotel, and just walk to the hotel, since most of the roads leading to the hotel are narrow and their parking is not big enough anyway.

As others have written, the location of the Mamonides alongside the Mesquita is ideal for a stopover in Cordoba. The hotel is nothing special. Although the bedroom showed signs of wear it was clean, a reasonable size and decent value for the price we paid in this location (only €41). There is a pleasant covered internal patio but the dining room (which we didn't use as there are plenty of restaurants nearby with better value menus) looked soulless. Reception staff were efficient and friendly but the barman who served us the hotel's complimentary glass of wine was lacking in charm. The hotel has an underground garage (€12) which was a great advantage in the heat of Cordoba.

Room Tip: We were advised that rooms facing the Mesquita (which cost more) are more affected by noise from the street so although it had no view, we chose one on the back of the hotel.
