My husband and I stayed here for a week this easter and had a great time. Room was excellent, large with a fabulous bathroom. The hotel provides slippers and towelling robes (which were a great size). The breakfast was good. The hotel is a very interesting, it is divided into section around 'patios' which were very pretty. There is a small pool but we didn't use it as the weather wasn't sunny enough - to be honest it didn't look big enough to swim in. More of a pool to cool down in.
The location is excellent. Very close to all the main attractions and walking distance to everything. Apart from a bus trip to the Medina Azahara (the bus stop was only a 5 min. Walk away) we did everything on foot! There are plenty of restaurants in the area.
We only really have one small complaint and that is that the bar was shut when we were there which meant that there wasn't a communal area for guests to sit and relax in. You could get a drink in the restaurant but it didn't have that warm relaxed feeling a bar/lounge area would give. We think the bar area is above the restaurant but it was closed for the whole week. It didn't spoil our stay but had it been open we think it would have made our stay even better.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location - abt 50 meters to the alacazar and tourist info kiosk, and 3 minute walk to the mezquita-catedral. Smack in the quaint cobblestones Jewish quarter, close to yet not above shops. We had a room on the top floor with a huge roof terrace to sun bathe in and to watch the stars at night from. Bathroom with gleaming white marble, jacuzzi tub for one, and his and her sinks. Excellent reception desk wth staff who speak good English and are helpful with suggestions.

An elegant, calm and lovely hotel, we were there for only 1 night. The room was comfortable with a well appointed bathroom. There were stairs up to our room, once inside the door, which might be inconvenient to some people. We had a nice window looking out on rooftops and the patios were beautiful. The staff was all nice and helpful. The location is excellent-- just inside the walls that determine la Juderia and also close to being outside the walls.

We stayed here two nights and felt like it was a comfortable place. As the others have said, the bathroom was nice. It was the first place that we stayed that provided shampoo and shower gel. It really doesn't provide much of a view but there really isn't much around to 'view'. We had one room that overlooked the pool which was really nice.

We found great restaurants really close like Casa PePe. This place was great. It was also an easy walk to the Mosque, Andalusian horse show and the shopping. This was really a quaint little town. We had trouble with the AC staying on and they sent someone to our room within 5 minutes and it was 1:30 in the morning.

A lovely, well-appointed hotel in a great location. The rooms are very nice and provide robes and slippers. The bathroom is marble, with a separate shower and bathtub. Unfortunately the hot water sometimes runs out and the hooks and door handle were coming off the door - shows that better maintenance is needed. Moreover the phone in my room didn't work at all, nor did the cable internet until a technician came to fix it. When I complained the next morning, their attitude was "There was nothing we could do." Certainly there was: daily maintenance of each room should include checks for broken door handles, dead phones and non-functioning ethernet connection.

Room Tip: Make sure hot water, shower, phone and internet are functioning before checking in
