This was recommended by our hotel. Food was really good, should definitely order the Oxtail stew! We were mostly served by a waiter, Oscar and he was very nice, friendly and efficient, even though he didn't speak much English he was able to communicate effectively! Portion is pretty big here, not tapas size & slightly more than 1/2 size (so wouldn't recommend to order to many dishes). We tried 2 different red wine but both were not very good, maybe we just had bad luck on their wines.

Las Salinas is a perfect spot to try out all the traditional dishes of Cordoba. The chef is obviously very gifted and loves his job. The tastes are superb when compared to other restaurants. It is excellent value for money as well - most dishes costing in the 6€ range. The service was polite and efficient and very generous. Every dish was well explained - I even got to discover the fantastic sweet wine - a nectar which is made from raisins that are fully matured in the sun. You must not leave without tasting the Pedro Ximenez sweet wine - I walked away with two bottles! All I can say is that this was a fantastic experience of Andalucia!

Came here by myself while shopping. Had the beef cheeks which were do good I called my boyfriend to come meet me there! He had the oxtail - a cordovan specialty. The waiters were great and had a really good atmosphere and mix of locals and some tourists. Would highly recommend.

The fried aubergine and the grilled squid were delicious. Evenso the spinach croquettes with nuts. A very nice place just a few minutes walk from the tourist area. We loved it.

Having got a little lost on our walk-about we entered this delightful restaurant at about 3.30pm. the place was full which is an excellent sign. we waited about 30mins whilst having a drink and then sat down to a beautifully presented and tasty meal. The waiting staff where friendly and helpful and made great suggestions. The decor was fascinating and enhanced the overall atmosphere
