We had a beautiful room with balcony. The staff is superb. The hotel is pefect situated in the city center. Parking a bit expensive, 14 euro per day. Everything looks clean and new. Wish every hotel was like this one.

Again in this nice hotel after two years. Nice rooms, very good breakfast and motivated people everywhere in this hotel. You can park you car safely in the basement for some extra money (14 Euro/night). The place is great - directly beside the famous merchants bridge. We will come back! TOP!

Room Tip: Rooms to the inner courtyard are more quiet!

The front desk staff member was totally abrasive and not helpful, full of attitude. Sad, because I’ve been traveling all over Germany and looked so forward to seeing Erfurt for deeply personal reasons. Terrible.

Parking (14EU) was directly under the hotel. Staff was very friendly. The room (#202 in rear building) was quite large and very pleasant with separate sitting area, albeit a bit pricier than some hotels on our visit. One night upon returning to the room we had a bottle (750ml) of local rotwein from the mini-bar that was a bargain @ 10EU and surprisingly good. The breakfast, which was included was also very good. The main Erfurt Christmas market which was about a 15 minute walk from hotel was one of the largest (and nicest) markets we have been to. Very festive, well attended and a friendly crowd.
Recommended, and I I wouldn't rate it VERY Good, but Good
vs. Average, but there is no plain Good rating on TA.

Nice, clean. Location very good, Fish market, Kramerbrukke, Dom. Lots of things to do, shop and eat nearby.
Hotel has nice staff, nice little bar, and good breakfast. For first time guests not familiar, rooms are much smaller than US, but generous storage and comfort. Very small shower in the moderate sized bathroom. Remember no AC if you travel in the summer.
A good place to stay while in the area.
