This restaurant is on the fringe of the Neustadt (which provides an interesting walk on the way).
It can be slightly intimidating to non-German speakers as the the enthusiastic and helpful staff speak only German or Hungarian and the menu is in German and Hungarian. They do have some old English language menus - same fare, old price.
The choice seems to be authentic - Goulash etc. - though I had the Blood Sausage and the Liver Sausage with bread which was very tasty.
P.S. if you get there and don't fancy it - Bischofsweg 72 is practically next door, serving more Germanic food, in a relaxed setting. (Including the biggest Reisenschnitzel I have ever seen or eaten.
