We got a great deal on this hotel, and it was good value. Here are the drawbacks - you pay 6 euros for parking (9 if you want covered, but you can try the street as well for free) and 13 euros each for a buffet breakfast, which was good, not great. The tv is really old and small and has 6 or 7 channels, all but CNN are in German. The internet is an additional 6 euros per day (possibly cheaper if you pay for a few days at a time), kind of annoying. Now for the good news: - the hotel is clean and good looking, the room was big and the bathroom bigger, the shower was great. The beds are really soft, something you don't find too often in mid-range German hotels. We could have used another pillow or two, as the ones they have are soft like marshmallows.
So, great deal for a three star hotel, not good enough for a four star hotel.
