A good all-round hotel. The strongest feature is the staff who are incredibly efficient and polite. Having hosted a business meeting here, I was highly impressed in all my interactions with them.

The hotel restaurant was good - the menu was slightly limited but the food was delicious. I was also impressed by the bar. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

Two relatively minor niggles - I don't expect a single bed at this price, and secondly the shower water temperature in the morning was rather temperamental.

One of the best hotels not belonging to a hotel chain . Service is friendly and very helpful. We arrived with 10 persons and had to take our picnic into refrigeration - no problem at all. We got it back well refrigerated on check-out day. The six course gourmet dinner at the restaurant Andante was excellent although I would have preferred more local wines for accompanying the dinner. All in all a hotel well situated for exploring the wine country and tasting the wines of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Excellent hotel. Quiet, clean and comfortable!
It deserves every star it has! Maybe not so "kids friendly" as some would like, but the personnel is very helpful and they pay attention to every detail.
The food in both restaurants is very good and their wine selection is quite remarkable for a reasonable price.
All in all, this is a recommended place for business or leisure trips!

Really love this hotel, beautiful rooms (try the Deluxe Rooms) and good service. Good value too.
As their have been extensions over the years, it can be a little much to walk though, but parking at the right place definitely helps (can ask at the reception).
Restaurant Andante also really good. Oliver is a perfect waiter! Nice wine recommendations too.
Wellness is very nice, could need some renovation in the next years though.
Rooms really beautiful and modern, staff very helpful and also massages are to be recommended. Ayurveda massages with Herr Leimer are very good...
Location is in a suburb from Mainz...have a very good restaurant in the same street (Il Mondo), so definitely possible to spend a nice weekend in that area. 2 min to motorway. For us very good location.

Room Tip: Beautiful Deluxe Rooms in the new part of the building, with spacious rainshower in the room

Yes It is out of town and not a great deal to do outside without a car but for a hotel that offers comfortable accommodation (although single beds in this day and age are a little bit odd) with good service and a nice restaurant with great food (Halibut was delicious) for a sensible price you can't really ask for more.

I will be honest and say breakfast was a bit chaotic, too many guests and not enough space (people even had to sit with other groups already seated as no spare seats!!!)

Also free wifi and helpful concierge service when asking about restaurants to grab some lunch in Mainz itself really sums up The Atrium hotel, I would highly recommend a stay and will certainly pay them a visit if in the area again in the near future.

We spend there 2 nights at the end of our trip in te Mosel-Rhine area. This is a high standing hotel, mostly focused for bussines meetings, relatively far away of the city center. However, a quite decent bus service brings you there in 25 min or so. the staff, very very nice and helpful will even provide you with a copy of the bus timetable!. So the distance is not a problem. There are several restaurants at walking distance, in case you prefer not to have lunch/dinner in the hotel.

Free wifi (good quality in my room) and parking. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a nice wellness center and a beatiful indoor swiming pool (which we enjoyed very much). The room was large, well decorated and quite.
In conclusion, a place to enjoy for a cost not excesive.

This is a very confortable hotel. It is a little out of town but there is a decent bus service. I was there for a conference and the facilities were excellent. My husband enjoyed the free bike-loans to visit the countryside and made good use of the pool! The breakfasts were excellent.
