I had THE best liver ever! My mouth is still watering while I write about it... It's not something that people normally order in an italian restaurant, but I had a craving and I saw it on the menu. It was lightly cooked in butter and olive oil with sage. A heavenly, melt-in-your-mouth experience.
We were a party of six and were easily accommodated by the waiter who spoke to us in no less than three languages (He was Italian, spoke german and french fluently). Each dish was paired with wine and made the whole experience even better. It's nice to have a helpful staff that is not snobish or borish...
All the meals were fantastic and prepared with fresh ingedients. The sauces were light and very southern italian in style... the cook knew what he\she was doing! A perfect evening was had by all... there are several gelato vendors in the area to top it all off.
