Firstly, the hotel is in a very convenient location with 5 minutes away from the train station with direct train to the exhibition centre. The rooms are very clean, staff is polite and helpful. However I wouldn't rate that hotel 4 stars, it is very basic. Breakfast isnt included and cost €22 which in my opinion is too much but maybe its the case with all the hotels in the area. I dont know, I didnt check. There is a supermarket 3 minutes walk from the hotel.
Good hotel for business and travelling to Messe Dusseldorf.

I have stayed in this hotel more than once since I go to Dusseldorf frequently. It is a good hotel close to the Train station and lots of restaurants. Hotel rooms are nice and cozy and rooms are of adequate size as well. Having said all these, let me talk about a big turn off which happened during my stay this week. I stayed for 10 nights in this hotel the previous week and I was surprises to see that the air condition was not working. I may not have noticed this in my previous stay may be because it was winter. Either the air condition was off or it was under repair, but whatever is the cause, you would expect a better service from a 4 star hotel to come up with plans to fix it. I have booked another stay with them the week after. Hope they fix this basic service by then. Otherwise that will be my last stay there. Very disappointing to state this otherwise the hotel is good with everything and this is a big deal breaker at least for me.

When arriving at the hotel i asked if breakfast was included, which was confirmed. To then find out at the end i had to pay 22 euro's per breakfast!!! When asked, they then stated that they only charge when using breakfast, which off course you do when it's included.

For a wedding anniversary trip, my husband and I went to see the christmas markets, which were beautiful. First impressions of the hotel were good. It was clean, modern and tidy. The reception staff were friendly, except for one man who was quite abrupt. On first morning our room was cleaned by the time we returned from breakfast. Second morning it was still not cleaned by 3pm, and we had to wait til 4pm for it to be done. No clean towels were given and the room was not hoovered in all three days of our stay. One thing that we found odd was the bathroom door was opaque?! Breakfast was good, plenty of choice, but no guidance given on using coffee machine, or about anything else. Safe to say we definately felt "English". We were not being picked up til 6pm on our last day, and we were able to check out and safely leave our luggage in a locked room for no extra charge, which was very much appreciated. Very small bar area, and not welcoming at all. Definately didnt feel like paying guests. Location was excellent, walking distance to trains, trams, buses, and town centre. However we wont be returning.
