I can only add to what the other 2 reviewers have already stated - the Acora is a great little hotel and very good value. The staff were indeed friendly and helpful; the rooms spacious, clean and comfortable, with tea-coffee making facilities, a safe (no extra charge) and a neat kitchenette hidden in a cupboard; the bathrooms clean and adequate, with shower only, no bath. The breakfast buffet (hot and cold food) is very good. The balcony would have been a huge plus in summer. The hotel is just off the main road and offers very easy access to the city via bus and train routes. In the immediate vicinity are at least 3 supermarkets, a post office, chemist, bakery, and 4 restaurants. We went to Restaurant 'Alde Brueck' which served German and Greek cuisine. Very good, friendly and welcoming. A very comfortable and cosy neighbourhood restaurant/bar. Altogether an excellent experience and if we ever go to Dusseldorf again we would not hesitate to stay at the Acora. Highly recommended.
