The vegetables were fresh and there were lots of different kinds of meats to choose from. I tried meats I had never had before, like camel among others. There was a variety of sauces and were all delicious. I enjoyed trying out different ones. The key is not to overload your bowl each time, that way you can try different meats and sauces. I have been to other Mongolian grills in the US. They don't compare. Mongos is a lot classier but it is also a lot more expensive. It is worth the experience though. BTW they make great cocktails too and the service was fantastic.
