You just have to like football! Nice experience to have in Dortmund.

Mind that there is only one tour in English and without it, you can't understand a thing! The website is only in german and so are all the descriptions in the museum (Borusseum). Check the hour of the tour on the website, you can figure this one out by the numbers because the schedule is posted on the homepage.

For us, in december, the tour was at 13.45!

Ouh, and for tickets don't head to the fan shop. Stop where it says Borusseum, turn left, and round the corner there is an elevator that will take you up to the ticket counter for the tours.

I like many others come to Dortmund for the football. Well the people as they say themselves would die without football!! This was the first time to the stadium. I met a few friends beforehand but there was a mix-up in tickets so it did not look like I was getting in. However a friend of a friends had a season ticket for the South Terrace (Sued Tribune). All I can say is that it was unbelievable.

The match against Hoffenheim was not great but the fans makes a very enjoyable atmosphere. Very atmospheric. Something missing from English football. Nice fan-shop beside and also a nice pub beside the stadium itself. Enjoyable experience and in general a nice stadium in line with the area and people in general.

Simply the best stadium in the World for a match. The fans are very friendly as well, though going to the toilet at half time was interesting!!

The tickets are reasonably priced, the fans are not treated like cattle, the facilities are first class and you don't pay £7.50 for a hamburger.
The crowd are fantastic, it was like watching the Kop at Anfield in the seventies! When the crowd sang "You'll never walk alone" it was like travelling back in time! I love this place, I love the Dortmund fans, I love Borussia Dortmund!

Come to the Dortmunder opera house of football! I have never seen a stadium offering such a direct emotional involvement. What takes place here (with constantly 82,000 supporters) is the celebration of football. Anyway, it's worth a trip for a weekend, trying out the "Herzlichkeit" in the Dortmunder "Kneipen" with their offer of excellent food and beer. In December you shouldn't miss the Christmas market with the world's tallest Christmas tree. - A weekend you won't forget!

What a fantastic experience my visit to the Signal Iduna Park was. Home to Borrusia Dortmund, it is vast, imposing temple of football. A must for any football fan.
The stadium is served by its own railway station which is a short stroll away. The station itself is only about 7 minutes from Dortmund Mainline station and trains run every 10 minutes.
The FanWelt (shop) is absolutely outstanding and I enjoyed a drink and sandwich on the outside terrace overlooking the stadium. The museum is really interesting and well put together and the tour inside and around the stadium was great. The only downside was that it was all in German so I just smiled and nodded my way round, happily taking photos and taking it all in.
Would love to experience a game inside the ground but equally as impressive anyway.
