Can there be a more magical place to have coffee and pastries in the late after-noon, with the sun gilding the arches and porticoes of the near-by Dom? Indeed, it is as though the Dom leans a little closer to hear what is being discussed at the tables of Cafe Reichard's out-door living-room. Cafe Reichard delights, not just because of its surroundings, but because its pastries are divine and its coffees and teas first class. The inside of this establishment also pleases, It is elegant and relaxing, with a glassed-in terrace for cooler days and nights. The staff seemed genuinely pleased that we had stopped by and were speedy and unobtrusive in their service. Definitely a "must return to" on future trips.
