“a nice show”
Reviewed August 27, 2013

We saw a show of "7 fingers". A group of 6 boys and 1 girl who mixed cirque, ballet, dance, singing in a very original form.
The hall is very beautiful. Impressionant.

“Saint Saens Organ Symphony”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

Attended a concert given by the Koln Philamonic in Koln recently which commenced with melodic peices by Ravel and Prokofiv. The violinist in the second peice Lisa Batiashvili was amazing. Then the peice I had been waiting for in the second half the familiar Organ Symphony. It is only the last movement which is familiar but it is quite an experience to hear the whole symphony which puts the familiar last movement in context. Especially amazing in such an auditorium with such a powereful three manual organ. I was very fortunate in that my seat was to the left hand side which enabled me to see the organist using the manuels and foot pedals. It brought tears to my eyes!

Worth while to catch a live concert.
