This is a gem of a hotel, a real find, this is how hotels should be run. The decor is minimlaist in the rooms but absolutely functional, the beds of the highest quality as is everything every need is catered for in an understated way.
The theme of the hotel is tranquility and fluidity it has a spirituality about it but not religious, its just lovely.
Some of the reception staff though helpful were a little austere, the rest could not be nicer, the room maids the restaurant. After one night (we stayed 3), the waitress at breakfast remembered I asked for ice for my juice the previous morning.
I will stay here again, its spacious quiet and so relaxing, I have not recommended it for families as it is very quiet, if you have robust children they would stick out like a sore thumb here.
The breakfast is of the higest standard with the best ingredients on offer hot and cold...I cannot wait to return"
Top Tip: "It is in walking distance to the main station but a few metres away brings you to some local shops and restaurants etc."More
