My wife had a work team dinner with around 10 families with kids of different ages. The food was average; but I don't usually make reviews on food. My comment is about customer service.
Despite having several kids in the place tonight, it seems to have been a good idea for the manager to leave around some big balls of red glass, including some on the floor behind the tables.
My kid (2 and a half years old) tripped with one of them and broke it. Fortunately he did not get hurt, but the ball was kaput.
While I was getting the car, my wife was charged €50 for the glass ball. As she was not given any receipt, I went back to ask the manager for it, and to give my view that it was not a good idea to leave glass objects laying on the floor while kids were in the place. What would happen if any of them got hurt? "Well, we are insured", he replied.
Definetly not coming back.
