We didn't hesitate very long before entering this typically German Inn-style restaurant. The menu on the street was appealing for those who like the German Schnitzels with a good choice of preparation. Meats and Schnitzels are the stars on the menu. We had Schnitzels with mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce. The sauce was creamy and slightly hot but did not waste the flavour of the breaded pork escalope. We asked for a side green salad which was served before the main dish and was topped by a tasty mayonnaise-based dressing. The Schnitzel was served with Belgian style homemade fries which were slightly overcooked but still had a good taste. We ordered two German beers and were a bit disappointed as it was not as tasty as other marks we already tasted in Germany. The decoration was nice but could be better. The waiters were friendly and attentive. A good option for a German meal in Aachen.
