I was in this place well attracted by all things I read on TripAdvisor. i was looking for a German cuisine place in Aachen and I asked well in advance for a table on Sat evening before Easter; I spoke on the phone with a person who spoke a very good English and I had no problems to make my reservation. We were welcomed by a very nice waiter who explained immediately that they had only menus in German but he also added that he would have been ready to translate whatever we would have asked to him (not so common in Germany....). The menu is various and typically German. We had as an appetizer a small dish with olives, krauterbutter, peppers and fresh hot bread,...very welcome. We took a chicken salad and a schnitzel, both tasty and satisfying. The atmosphere of the place is nice with kind waiters and a nice environment made with big stones' walls, right lights and the right music.
