I got in the Carlo 615 in a snow storm. Most tables had cancelled their reservation, and I had quietly a glass of excellent wine waiting for my friends, looking at the white harbour. The food was awesome. Delicious and beautifully presented. The amount of time spent preparing each dish was obviously significant. As starters, I had duck livers, and a sea bream for the main. I do not remember the desert except that the whole table was jealous. The service was excellent throughout. All that for less than 30 euros. Unbelievable.
Absolutely no negative point. A straight 5.
