I stayed in this hotel during my business trip. I had to say that facilities were OK and the location pretty good.
Unfortunately, the service provided by the man at the reception was horrible.
My company booked the hotel through an authorized travel agency and they told me that the entire reservation had been pre-paid prior my arrival.
I asked the recepcionist when I checked in and even showed him a document that I had as a proof of the pre-payment. He did not buy it and double checked it. Right after told me that I was wrong and that I had to pay.
Since I was going to be there for a week, I made my company aware of the situation and they took the proper actions together with travel agency. At the meantime I kept asking them about an update of my situation and they did not even take the time to go over the hotel email inbox to check for new documentation sent by my company / travel agency.
When I checked out they made me pay but the worst thing is yet to come:
ONCE I GOT BACK THE TRAVEL AGENCY WAS IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE HOTEL AND THEY SENT ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT I WAS GOING TO RECEIVE THE PAYMENT.
IT'S BEEN ALREADY TWO MONTHS SINCE THAT HAPPENED AND STILL HAVE NOT SEEN MY 400 EUROS.
SO BASICALLY IT SEEMS THAT THE HOTEL HAS CHARGED THE STAY TWICE (TO ME AND TO TRAVEL AGENCY) AND GET AWAY WITH IT.
WATCH OUT IF YOU ARE ON A BUSINESS TRIP.
