Drosselgasse is a small historic alleyway, full of village attractions for tourists and providing good opportunities for wine taverns in Ruedesheim. Nice to stroll around.

The street to see when visiting Rudesheim am Rhein. It's very pretty with lots of souvenir shops and restaurants. Lots of photo ops on this street.

I absolutely loved Rüdesheim! It’s a hidden gem for sure. It’s a little wine village along the Rhine River with water front views and shops along the small historic village streets! An absolute lovely place to visit! I wish we had visited this place earlier in our trip so that we could’ve spent more time here. You can enjoy a morning walk along the river , lunch in one of the many adorable eateries or dinner in one of their romantic restaurants. There’s just an ambiance here that makes you feel like you never want to leave. Known for their Riesling , it would be a shame for you not to have any while you are here.

Our hotel in Rüdesheim was only a few minutes from Drosselgasse, a very narrow street lined with interesting shops and eating and drinking establishments. Everything is beautiful and charming. We walked up and down it several times during our short stay.

We took the ferry from Bingen to Rüdesheim early in the morning. Drosselgasse was not crowded and we could enjoy shopping without being smashed like sardines. We also were able to take some great pictures of the street and the shops.

Billed as a must-see location, i was soooo disappointed. Yes there are some attractive older buildings on this street but this is over-shadowed by the crass, tourist-milking shops and bars that are in and around it. Much better to hop on the cable car and enjoy the views over the vineyards and Rhine.

Probably every second German knows the "Drosselgasse" in Ruedesheim and sometimes it feels like they are all there at the same time. Small alley which is in the season crowded with people. I would recommend a visit in the Off Season when it is quieter

While this little pedestrian street is usually full of tourists and has some seedy cheap tourist shops and restaurants there are also some very nice restaurants with good interiors and often some live music. There are also some lovely old buildings which means that it is worth a visit just to have a look.

Half-timbered buildings, souvenir shops with plenty of tee shirts, the International music bar, and other bars, the beer garden, it's a tourist area but very attractive.

This street comes alive at night with plenty of bars offering live music as well as food and drink. The street gets very busy with tourists especially when the bells chime
