Rooms where clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great a good selection of food. Great outside area to have a few drinks. Close to subway and a few resturants. We stayed for a couple of nights before starting a tour.

Exceeded my expectations based on the price! Rooms are nicely decorated- not too modern but nice and efficient.
Staff is super friendly, bed is comfy and place is clean as a whistle! In walking distance to the “Marktplatz” in the center of town with cute restaurants and bars - particularly enjoyable on a nice summer day since they all have outdoor seating.

My wife and I stayed at the Sheraton, in Offenbach am Main, for a two-night layover before the end of our Europe trip. We arrived after a long, hot train ride from the Czech Republic to Frankfurt, and were very happy to have a nice, air-conditioned room waiting for us. The room was clean and comfortable, and the on-site restaurant was very good – although the price for breakfast seemed a bit high. The hotel is set back from the main street, which made for a reasonably quiet night. The staff was friendly, efficient, and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I was in Offenbach.

Was here for a business trip in the area and tried the hotel. It was a really good experience. Check-in done by the app so when i arrived everything was already settled. They upgraded me to another room which was great to see. It's quite a big hotel with 5 floors. Nice room with a lot of space. Bathroom was clean (not that big) but good enough. There is a fitness room downstairs. Because of the nice weather we had dinner outside. Great location, good beers and proper food. Breakfast is on the floor at the reception and has a huge choice. You can't leave that place hungry! all together a great stay and for sure I will be back next time.
Room tip: Try to get on florr 4 or 5, really quiet

Hotel location not the greatest. A Mall across the street behind some buildings.
The hotel itself was very presentable. Nice restaurant, breakfast buffet had a large selection. Rooms were clean and roomy, bed comfortable.Did not do any exploring around the hotel, due to our tour.
One drawback was that their computers were down, internet on cell phone was adequate even though you had to login everyday.

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and very helpful
Room is spacious and well equipped.
Free internet is pretty bad (unstable and weak) but for an additional price you can purchase a better internet connection.
Around the hotel there are various restaurants and shops for some shopping and walk abouts.
