On first appearances Nero looks the part with stylish decor and an interesting menu. I wanted tagliatelle but was rudely informed by the waitress that the only pasta available was friselle. One would think that fresh pasta could be made to order. Had they run out of flour? The pasta that arrived was definately not fresh, but a cheap variant, possibly from a well known budget supermarket. It was undercooked and a challenge for my teeth.
I found the service slow, unprofessional and arrogant without good reason. Any Italian would be ashamed!
