Whoever says it's so steep and so hard to climb up, I'd say those are people who never walk anywhere or never do any kind of exercise and for them, yes, it's hard. But if you're like a normal average healthy person, it's really no big deal to manage to hike up.

The view is a normal view from any hill in Germany: fields, houses, trees, windmills. It's not like a cool skyline or anything.
The park itself, too, is an average german Park like in any city: trees, grass, ponds. The only difference is the park's location on a hill.

At the end this trip up there was ok, worth it to have had the view and the exercise, but nothing special.

Amazing park to enjoy nature, the park is quite large and it would take several hours to tour everything. If you have an abundance of energy or small kids or pets this is a great way for the, to burn some energy. Also wouldn't be bad idea to enjoy a picnic on a sunny day.

Absolutely beautiful park - not enough time to walk around as much as we would have liked. We didn't get to see the waterfall as visited on wrong day but still was lovely to visit.

It is nice park. If you are interested in artificial water routes - go there. select a date when the waterfall will work (once a day, twice a week ?). If you prefer the silent place just pick a different time.

It is really a nice and quite larg park full of lakes, bridges, castles and many more. There is even artificial ruin of aqueduct. We made a nice stroll around the park, made a small pause in café under the Herkules-Statue and then climbed up to the statue.
The main waterfall is unfortunately in service only in chosen days and time and the Herkules-Statue is going to be repaired for next two or three years (so now there are cranes and scaffolding and the highest point is inaccessible).
Still nice place to see and we would definitelly like to see the waterfall in service after the repair.
