This was only a one night stay but so worth it. As others indicate, very easy to locate this hotel. Free parking was a bonus and right outside the hotel. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by the friendly efficient front desk clerk. Our reservation was in order and after brief lesson on using the key we were off to our first floor room. No elevator but not a bad set of stairs. Having back issues it was appreciated. Front desk clerk jumped to offer help to carry our luggage.
Room was big by European standards and very clean. The room faced the street so a small bit of traffic noise that was no problem with the window closed. Bed quality was better than the last hotel we paid double the price. So was the towel quality. After our long day of travel we opted for dinner at the hotel and were so pleased we did. They have a German and Afghan menu. We chose from the Afghan menu and were so glad we did. The lamb shank was tender with a nice sauce. Kebob of chicken succulent and nicely flavored as was rice and eggplant. Soup steaming hot and tasty. Yes,we went for dessert; crepes with a luscious sauce sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar. Be sure to save room to eat these! Breakfast was included the next morning. Lots to choose from.
