Impossible to stay at this resort. Not able to put all of the issues in detail thus a summary below.
1) Check-in took an impossible amount of time.
2) Checked into the wrong room.
3) Key never worked in the elevator. They replaced several times.
4) Room temperature too hot.
5) Shower non-functional
6) Laundry service ignored (brought to laundry service instead)
7) Call to front desk for toilet paper ignored. Bought my own at REWE instead.
8) Staff knowledge on parking was abysmal.
9) Bed old or just very squeeky.
The worst part was the staff had zero accountability. Regardless of the complaints they could not fix the issues. With regards to some complaints, their comment was "No one else has complained." Condescending and disrespectful.
This hotel stay was absolutely atrocious.

Further to receiving your details in the various areas where this would not have happened despite our throrough procedures in place, please be informed that we have discussed all areas with the department heads concerned to ensure any such disappointment would not occur again in the future.
The reception will typically be manned adequately to accommodate the expected number of arrivals and departures for the day, however it may of course happen that one of the receptionists may be assisting our guests away from the counter for a few minutes which seem to have been the case when your arrived later in the evening.
Reviewing the room details from the hotel system, there is somehow no trace in regards to a potential error in allocation of rooms on arrival.
Any request for additional amenities will be taken by our reception team and duly recorded for follow up with the department concerned and future reference. Again here there is unfortunately no trace of any guest request that has not been answered to and we sincerely apologize if that was indeed the case.
Laundry service is provided at the hotel and the laundry will be typically dropped at the reception counter for processing as indicated on the laundry list placed in your room and we would like to apologize here as well if there was any misunderstanding.
Both AC and shower function were immediately checked when informed by the reception team by our Maintenance Manager as we wish to ensure all rooms are up to standard at all times and these seem to have been functioning correctly; here again there may have been an unfortunate misunderstanding on the actual optimal usage of both features and we are very sorry that this has led to any disappointment.
Our beds are typically very much appreciated by our guests as we have taken very special care in selecting extremely comfortable bedding and we are disappointed to hear that this was not to your liking.
We are sincerely sorry that we seem to have failed despite our best efforts to provide you with the excellent stay you should have had with us.
We do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again with us in the near future and have a chance to convince you as well as we have also convinced our many loyal guests of the quality of our property and service.

I stayed here for a Business trip for 2x nights.
The suite was very nice and spacious, lots of room. Bed was nice and big, and very comfy. The bathroom was also spacious, and the shower gel smells amazing.
Very modern hotel and friendly staff.
There is also a bar with a good variety of drinks, the barman Zain is very friendly and will make up any drink or cocktail even if its not on the menu.
Hotel is very close to the Messe and also the Skyline Plaza shopping mall

We enjoyed our stay, good staff, helpful and friendly, rooms clean, good size towels, nice to self-cater. However, slightly negative, road works outside was distracting, the bar did not open early enough and in house cafe hours were too limited. We liked the shoe cleaner, a little too far from the town centre, but it did get us walking. The couple of restaurants nearby were very good and friendly. It was nice being able to open the windows, being from Australia we like our fresh air!

the room was stayed in was out of this world- beautiful designed and spacious. Beds ultra comfortable and shower was a little piece of heaven. Only downside is we were only staying one night and I wish it had been more. Would definitely stay here ago should we come back to Frankfurt

We stayed for one night with another couple so we could attend the Frankfurter Oktoberfest. This hotel was a hidden gem! The rooms are new, modern, and clean. The service is professional and friendly. For the amount that we spent, this hotel provided the utmost in value. There are also laundry services available to guests which is convenient if you are in the middle of a longer trip, which we were. Highly recommend.
