Guest satisfaction is our main concern at all times and our team is extremely dedicated to ensuring any specific request is responded to immediately to achieve this.
Further to receiving your details in the various areas where this would not have happened despite our throrough procedures in place, please be informed that we have discussed all areas with the department heads concerned to ensure any such disappointment would not occur again in the future.
The reception will typically be manned adequately to accommodate the expected number of arrivals and departures for the day, however it may of course happen that one of the receptionists may be assisting our guests away from the counter for a few minutes which seem to have been the case when your arrived later in the evening.
Reviewing the room details from the hotel system, there is somehow no trace in regards to a potential error in allocation of rooms on arrival.
Any request for additional amenities will be taken by our reception team and duly recorded for follow up with the department concerned and future reference. Again here there is unfortunately no trace of any guest request that has not been answered to and we sincerely apologize if that was indeed the case.
Laundry service is provided at the hotel and the laundry will be typically dropped at the reception counter for processing as indicated on the laundry list placed in your room and we would like to apologize here as well if there was any misunderstanding.
Both AC and shower function were immediately checked when informed by the reception team by our Maintenance Manager as we wish to ensure all rooms are up to standard at all times and these seem to have been functioning correctly; here again there may have been an unfortunate misunderstanding on the actual optimal usage of both features and we are very sorry that this has led to any disappointment.
Our beds are typically very much appreciated by our guests as we have taken very special care in selecting extremely comfortable bedding and we are disappointed to hear that this was not to your liking.
We are sincerely sorry that we seem to have failed despite our best efforts to provide you with the excellent stay you should have had with us.
We do hope we will have the opportunity to welcome you back again with us in the near future and have a chance to convince you as well as we have also convinced our many loyal guests of the quality of our property and service.
