At the recent Light+ Building trade fair, our company booked at the last minute and we ended up in this hotel for 270 Euro .
The upon arrival , we had 3 rooms reserved - but one room was flooded so 2 people had to share a room (other people on Tripadvisor actually complained about reservations being cancelled) . The real value of this hotel room is around 60 Euro or so - just better than a hostel. There should be a law against hotels like these charging 270Euro for a room.
My room smelled like old smoke and this hotel is in the middle of a the red light district.
Frankly speaking it was a horrible experience.

So if Frankfurt is very busy due to a trade fair - rent a car and stay 50km out of town - rather than stay here

Unless you want to sleep on the middle of a dance-floor, you should avoid this hotel

Stayed here for one night, as it was close to the train station, so can get to the airport easily. The hotel is right in the red light district, so if you're a single guy, you have to fight the gauntlet to get into or out of the hotel. Touts grab your arm to get you into their clubs for "free."

The hotel has an elevator. Had a room with 2 twin beds in the back. Having a room in the back ensured it was quiet. The room itself had 2 large windows, so it was well lit, considering that the hallway was kind of dark and dank. Kind of funny, but there's a picture sign next to the toilet saying to not urinate into the toilet while standing. Probably because there's a huge frosted window next to the toilet, and when the light is on in the bathroom, the neighbors in the adjoining buildings get a show.

Room Tip: Get a room in the back where it's quiet.
