We had dinner in the hotel restaurant for the one night we stayed at the Hilton.
The restaurant is beyond the bar and is quite spacious, with tables along the windows for couples and booths on the other side of the wall for larger groups, the kitchen is also open planned so can watch your (and others) food being prepared.
We ordered the tomato bisque, sirloin steaks with baked potatoes and grilled vegetables; followed up by strudel and tiramisu for dessert. Our food was served promptly; it was all delicious (our steaks were tender & cooked to our liking); portions (including dessert) we generous and we cannot fault the service of our waitress.
A great way to end the evening and our last night of traveling.
