I was in this hostel last summer (august 2012) and I never stayed in a hostel with such a rude and unfriendly staff. The rooms were nice and modern, but that's all. Its not in a great part of frankfurt (but near the trainstation) the only people walking by are junks and prostitues..

i stayed for a couple of nights in october, because all the hotels were full for the book fair ,
reserved online for a mixed dorm room in advance, and it was cheaper paying for the room on spot. the bunk beds were confortable, there was a bathroom inside, with shower, and extra showers outside the room
wi fi was quite slow, there are a couple of pcs at the entrance, might be a bit faster
very good location, walking distance from train station, good turkish restaurant next door
i hadnt stayed in a hostel for quite some time, for me it was very good place for the price

A friend and I stayed there for two nights over the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and had decided to stay a female 10-dorm. The entire hostel seemed to be immaculately cleaned, it was very modern and the staff were really friendly. There is a communal room with a football table, pool, a wide screen tv with access to the internet as well as free wi-fi though out and a communal kitchen with all the appliances included. Friday night it was packed, but the dorms themselves were really quiet - but I imagine this is just a case of luck and it depends whether you have rowdy people who have booked the same night. Saturday night it seemed to be deserted and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The beds are really comfy, I had such a good night's sleep even on the top bunk!

All the main attractions we wanted too see were within a 20 min walk, for the entire weekend we didn't need to take public transport once, including only a 5 min walk from the train station.

On the down side, the breakfast is quite expensive for what it is, though you do get a free coffee in the morning. There are so many bakeries nearby, including one across the road. In addition, it advertises as there being a light at your bed and electricity when in fact there is free electricity but there were only 3 sockets in our room and it meant risking it leaving away from your bed whilst you slept. If you wanted a lamp, you had to get it from reception for 20€ deposit and electricity you had to pay for (albeit only 1€ per night and then a 20€ deposit on top of that). One last thing to keep in mind, it appears to be right in the red light district, however, there is security at the door and we didn't have any trouble.

This is a NEW hostel, beds, rooms, everything is new & SUPERB. The staff is very friendly & they have security guard in the night. I never had any problem plus the WIFI is free in the entire building & they do have 2 computers in the entrance. We can sit & watch TV outside as they have 4 LED tvs. Superb place & I recommend it. I never had any problems plus I got guidance for shopping, locations, information, help etc from the staff. 100% worth money however there is a 'PORN' show shop which is next to it & in the night the street behind this hostel is not safe as you will find people doped, drugs etc plus sex shops, prostitutes etc but there is no problem where this hostel is located. It's very nearby to railway station, malls etc. Like the center. Beds, facilities breakfast is superb, a very good place which is worth every penny. Rooms were always clean & excellent. I am sure you guys will love it. The streets on the back side are bit redlight just be careful however I never felt unsecured of neither I was scared.

Close the the Hauptbahnhof, but that is the only benefit. I have a few complaints: 1) there is no way to shower privately. The stalls are tiny and transparent and you can't lock the bathroom door. 2) No stove in the kitchen. 3) blankets were shoved in the lockers and I couldn't tell if they were clean or not.
Overall, it is pretty average for a hostel. I recommend it only if you need a place to crash for the night and don't want to go far from the train station.

This Hostel in Frankfurt, Germany, is a good place for less money. Its located right in the city centre, just few meters away from central station. The streets there are a little bit redlight district, so be aware. Although there are really nice restaurant and bars in this area. Also museums are in walking distance so there a lot to see and to do in this are of Frankfurt. The rooms are basic but equipped with everything you need. They are modern and clean. Also the people were nice.

I had a really bad experience guys but that doesn't mean that it will happen to everyone. I was with my friends from Germany doing some things in the city of Frankfurt and when i decide to come back to the hostel and they gave me the key i felt so insecure and afraid due to the drunk people i had in my room, 2 of them they were asking me for money. I went to the reception to complain and they seem to not understand me a lot but then i started to use german language and it was better. I told them i have to leave from the hostel and they told me that i do not need to do it and they can offer me another room without pay anything. Instead of this i had to pay for another room that was luckily quite quiet and clean! I wanna say only thanks to the girl what was escorting me to my new bed. The location is quite convenient and not far from the city center approximately 10 minutes on foot.
