“Good hotel for exhibition centre”
Reviewed March 8, 2013

Stayed here twice since it opened in 2012 and will be back shortly. It's a good quality hotel for a business stay when visiting the exhibition centre. Walking distance of the Messe. The bar has one of the best collections of spirits I've come across - not what I would expect from a new business hotel, but very welcome..! The breakfast is expensive, but overall the place is good value for money. Rooms are a good design and stylish.

This is the perfect spot for a business trip, because of comfort and location, however I was on a leisure vacation with my girl and just wanted a place to stay that wasn't far from my friends house that lived in Frankfurt, and we were in for a surprise.

This spot was amazing, you are basically downtown Frankfurt, the convention center is across the street. the place itself was modern and and very functional.
The rooms were so green I wish I could incorporate some of the energy saving technology into my own home. To power the room you have to insert your keycard in a slot. the iPod charging and interface outlet is really cool too. the Audio/video system with computer and TV integration is also way cool, along with the stock minibar.

We had an incredibly helpful staff that all spoke English, and gave good tips and suggestions.
We stayed for four days, and then went onto Paris, after returning from Paris our stay was so awesome we attempted to stay there again, but unfortunately, there was an exposition going on in town at that time and the accommodations where literally four times what we paid just days earlier. But with the right planing you can stay here for a reasonable rate and have an awesome time in a fantastic hotel.

Room Tip: I would say ask for a room on the front street away from the Train tracks behind the building, but I...

I stayed here for two nights. The room is great with two big screens one is a computer screen and the other one is a tv, great comfortable bed, great bathroom. It's 5 mns walk from the train station and not that hard to get to by train from the airport. The only thing is that I couldn't find a supermarket around but they do sell food at the train station. I would gladly stay here again.

We stayed at the Dormero hotel whilst visiting the Christmas Market in Frankfurt.
I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels (maybe even the best) that I have ever stayed in.
Upon arriving, the staff were very pleasant and everyone spoke perfect English. Everyone was friendly and more than willing to help and advise. Usually in a hotel there are some unpleasant staff that you come across, but here that was not the case for us. Superb service from everyone.

The rooms were clean and very modern. Each room had two flatscreen TV's (One for watching the free TV and many free movies), the other for surfing the internet using the supplied wireless keyboard in the room. The rooms also included free wifi internet, that worked flawlessly. A Mini Bar was available in the room and to our surprise, the drinks in it were free of charge and were greatly welcomed. Beds were clean and comfortable. I suppose our only negative about the rooms was the fact that there is a road and railway line very close to our room, which could be quite noisy if you wanted to open your window. But with the windows closed, then the noise was quite unobtrusive.

The food was server in a small but confortable and releaxing restaurant. Breakfast in weekdays included English cooked breakfast items (Mushrooms were exquisite!), but on weekends, you need to ask for food to be cooked to order. Other continental food is available, with nice breads, meats, cheeses, fruit, cereals and juices and yoghurts. Lovely breakfast although is a little expensive at 18 Euros per head.
The evening meal in the restaurant was also superb. Best Fillet steak that i've eated and the french fries are crunchy and flavorsome.

The location of the hotel is quite easy to find and is in an area where quite a lot of building work it taking place at the moment (December 2012). I imagine this will continue for a while, but it really didn't intrude. The location was just a 5 minute walk to the railway station where you can be in Frankfurt's town center in just 3 stops (less than 10 minutes). German trains are pretty efficient and very cheap compared to those trains in Holland or the UK.

I really cannot fault this hotel. It's new and they have started out with the correct ideas and made them work. Can't recommend this enough.

Will definitely stay again should be be in Frankfurt!

Room Tip: Try to get a room that isn't facing the railway lines.

Brand new hotel located a short walk away from Messe this hotel provides all the necessities and more. Free Wi-Fi, free mini bar refill daily, free movies, wide choice of channels on tv (including Sky Sport), two TVs in room (one can be used for internet browsing), with gym and sauna available in hotel as well.
Hotel was extremely clean and breakfast was excellent, with even fresh orange juice available.

Conveniently located across from the back entrance (near the S-Bahn) of the Frankfurt Messe, this new hotel has clean rooms, good service, and, most amazing of all in Germany -- FREE Internet. However, don't let that fool you into using the telephone in the room. 11 Euros for a brief, local call was a bit of a shock.

The breakfast was perfectly adequate, and a comparable price to other hotel buffets.

While I paid for a "comfort upgrade" I'm not sure what was the upgrade was, other than a box of bathroom trinkets, except that the room did face away from the freeway. Overall a very pleasant experience.

From the person responding to my emails before we arrived, to the clerk that checked us in and especially the bartender that accused us of lying about a free drink coupon we gave them, these folks know nothing about service. The morning breakfast attendants are no better...they watch you like a hawk to see if you've had their coffee so they can charge your room for the overpriced, mediocre coffee.

The hotel is located about a 7 minute walk from the metro station, making it convenient only if you are able to walk this distance regularly. The rest of the area the hotel is located in isn't ideal for a vacationer. There's next to nothing to do around the hotel.

The hotel is new, so that is nice, but the "free drinks...including beer!" was silly. One beer, one soda, one water...WOW! Not too impressive.

Yes, there's porn for free too...I was told from one of the employees they offer this and the condom in the room for the married business men wanting some fun while away from home...seriously, I was told this by an employee. TACKY!!

There are other hotels in Frankfurt, try another one.
