“Japan cousine in Frankfurt”
Reviewed September 26, 2013

I have been in Japan and I simply loved the food. Afterwards I have found this amazing small restaurant close to my appartment and since that moment I'm simply in love with the food there.

Please consider booking at least one week ahead because it's always busy. When you go there you definitely need to try their noodles, starters and drinks. I can guarantee you that you won't regret.

“Great Ramen Shop”
Reviewed March 4, 2013 via mobile

Great athentic Japanese ramen shop. My wife is Japanese so we have tried several ramen shops and by far this is the best in Frankfurt... If you're still not sure, then just remember.... If it wasn't as good, you wouldn't see so many Japanese eating there. MUST GO!!!!!

“One of the more authentic Japanese restaurants....”
Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

Visited the place with a Japanese friend, who really liked the food...so that's enough said about authentic food. No, the food is seriously good... There are not many options for vegetarians, but the staff is very helpful in putting something together...

The service is extremely polite, kind, and with a smile...makes the whole experience so much nicer...

The location is also very convenient...the tram 18 stops right in front of the restaurant...

Definitely recommended for anone trying out or liking Japanese cuisine...

I'm not going to lose. Japanese people do not like that in ya. Good luck aspirations, which aims to be honest suggests, this is such a good shop. You should go! Ramen to satisfy even if Europe is waiting here. You're not going to throat and Goku~tsu?

“Good ramen, enjoyable atmosphere”
Reviewed February 2, 2013

I went to Muku based on a friends recommendation (who herself was referred to muku by japanese colleagues), and it did not dissapoint. The restaurant itself is huge, but very tastefully styled and cosy. It is also very nice to see lots of Japanese dining here as well. Service was very friendly as well.
The main "highlight" for the night was the Ramen and it lives up to expectations. We had Muku Ramen and another type (whose name i've forgotten), both with pork broth soup. The appetizers of Spring-Rolls and deep-fried chicken were good too.
Overall a very pleasant experience, would definitely come back again.
