Hotel has 4 stars but 3 stars hotel. Everything is working and expecially staff in lobby bar is helpful and knowing their business. Also terrace is nice place.

In summer time it is better to pay a little bit more for room to get air condition and also then you have free use of minibar (2 juices, 1 water and 1 coke and 1 beer and it will be refilled every day so if you pay them all it would be more than extra cost for upgrade).

Room Tip: Comfort class room has a/c and it is useful when hot weather Luggage room with safety boxes

Close to the railway and metro stations. Easy to navigate through the city and other places around Frankfurt. Room was ok. No air conditioning, and I imagine it can be pretty hot during the summer. The view from the room (back side) was horrible.

Hotel was quiet and I had two nights of excellent sleep. Breakfast was fantastic.

The wifi was expensive (6 euros for 2 hours) and overpriced, as the speed was very slow.

Just stayed at this hotel and must say the service is poor.
Stayed during a hot summer night and most rooms do not
have air conditioning and they failed to advise their spa
area was closed.

Seems reasonable value for an old hotel, then they hit you
for wireless charges, overpriced breakfast combined with
average attitude... means I will not return.

Just found Leonardo hotel just opposite the station. Same price,
brand new.... go try.

This is a great place for an overnight layover. Very close to the train station and easy walk / cab to plenty of restaurants and a great walk on the river. The rooms are quite small. Breakfast is quite good -- not so much less grand than the Parker Meridian next door (which I also ate at) but far cheaper. Internet connection was solid. Pool is small but a nice feature with a nice view. The gym is not much of a gym.

We stayed here with friends and we found the hotel adequate as its only 15 minutes from airport, taxi cost 26 euros. The train station is just across the road from the hotel, but be warned as you are in the middle of the city expect the usual hustle and bustle.

On arrival we found the reception staff very efficient and polite and we were in our rooms very quickly. Well done. The rooms were clean and you can have up grades such as air con, extra cost
we never ate in the hotel, but had a few drinks at the bar which were kind of expensive but what hotels are cheap 5 euros for beer. The hotel has a 4 star rating but I would say a 3 is more appropriate. The hotel has a good central location and you can walk to most of the city on foot

Room Tip: if your looking for quiet nights ask for room at the back with air con so you can shut windows as it...

My wife and I stayed 3 nights at this hotel, in a slightly upgraded room that had A/C (I wouldn't stay in the summer without it) and a service bar (that we didn't use much but was nice). The price was right and although the room was a bit small by U.S. standards, it was very comfortable for the two of us. Nice to have a great, long tub for soaking after a hard day. The staff were extremely accommodating also. Only negative was an unpleasant odor in the lobby, but once you got past that, all was fine.

Stayed 3 nights in single room, first night was in a nice room at front of hotel overlooking the main train station and traffic heavy road. Unfortunately was very noisy from the trams throughout the night. After asking nicely at half 5 in morning the front desk re-located me to a quieter room several floors up at rear of hotel and it also had AC this time. Room was clean & ok, mini-bar was free :) and I would happily use again as long as room was not at front :) General hotel location is good as easy to get to city proper, pick up tours from nearby office (run by ETS Greenline) and also access to main train station over the road.

Room Tip: Go for room not at front of hotel
